What makes Digitcom easy to do business with and a great place to work.

Digitcom’s commitment to creative solutions and excellent customer-service starts with our people. Lots of companies spend lots of time on strategy before they give any thought to who is going to implement their grand plans. But the truth is that the people who work for us are where the rubber meets the road.

What We Do

Our Team

What we do

Digitcom was established in 1991 as a telephone system supply and installation company.

Over the years we have expanded our products and services offerings to include Avaya’s IP Office and Communications Manager phone systems, NEC’s SV8100, SV8300, and SL1100, Hosted PBX and SIP trunks.

We also organize system re-locations and upgrades, as well as provide voice and data cabling.

Not only are we one of the few companies in Canada that sells both premise and hosted PBX solutions, we’ve also built our own cloud infrastructure. It resides at 151 Front Street in downtown Toronto.

Digitcom is a Canada-wide leader in voice and data communications.

For those who wish to consolidate all their telecom services under one umbrella, they can take advantage of Digitcom’s end-to-end solutions that include phone systems, hosted PBX, phone lines (PRI, SIP), cabling, networks, switches and routing, and of course, call centres and full system design.

HR Director

Lori Bradley

A diverse background in accounting and human resources. She enjoys jumping into the “grey” that interpersonal relationships create, but occasionally wishes for the reliable, black and white objectivity numbers used to provide.

She arrives at Digitcom with a diverse background in accounting and human resources. She enjoys jumping into the “grey” that interpersonal relationships create, but occasionally wishes for the reliable, black and white objectivity numbers used to provide. The mix of the two worlds allows her to shine both in dealing with the nuances of humanity and in the nitty gritty of company policy and law.

In addition, she volunteers on the board of a non-profit social housing apartment complex, a role which serves as a great source of pride.

As for hobbies, she’s a massive sports fan. Word around the office is not to test her on that. More interestingly, another major passion of hers lies in riding motorcycles. She and her husband orchestrate long trips relatively often. Most recently they ventured through Northern Ontario!

Their ride took them through fierce Canadian backcountry, the kind of backcountry spotted with motels with names like “White Fang”. Surprisingly, their stay at the motel was relatively uneventful, despite it sounding like a place you can’t leave without getting into a few bar fights.
