How To Open & Login Under System Status Application In Avaya IP Office

The System Status application can be accessed via two different methods: the standalone icon in the Start Menu, or from the Menu Bar options on the IP Office Manager program. Please note that you must have a recent version of Java installed on your system to use System Status.
To access the program from Windows:

1. Open the Start Menu.

2. Select the IP Office folder, then click on System Status.

3. If accessing the System Status application from the IP Office Manager program, click File -> Advanced -> System Status.

4. Once the program is opened, you must log into the IP Office system. The credentials to log into this system are the same as if accessing the system via the Manager program.
